Anyone out there with an opinion about this bldg. The rooms are large and the prices are fairly low but they have many apts. available....maybe too many.

maintenance is crazy and there is a reason -land lease!

anyway when maintenance is "crazy, that is usually a sign of some trouble worth investigating or perhaps not even worth investigating.
