The Saint Nicholas housing projects -- six superblocks long -- is just down the street.

#1 If you visited the development you'd know that there are obviously no housing projects near this particular development and St. Nicholas is quite a ways from lenox and 5th Ave. #2 posted the same comment with regards to a building on 116th Street, next to the new Kalahari development, which is located on the other side of Marcus Garvey Park and there are housing projects within just one block of that structure.

I have been to 50 West 127 Street and it is among the best new developments in Harlem as far as I'm concerned.

St. Nicholas Houses are 1.5 blocks to the west of 50 West 127th Street. St. Nicholas Houses consists of thirteen 14-story buildings with 1,523 apartments housing an estimated 3,521 residents. The 15.63-acre complex was completed September 30, 1954 and is between West 127th and West 131st Streets, Douglass and Powell Boulevards.

#4 those locations aren't even close to being in visual distance of those who would reside at 50 West. And by the stats you supplied...I wouldn't want to live anywhere near you!...weird....get a life dude!
