God, 20% must be affordable for a family of 4 making $42k? Give me a break. Yeah and I want a penthouse on Central Park. Shouldn't that be affordable to me? Get an education and a real job, live in a far suburb OR RENT. That's the way the world works.

yea I'm not with the whole idea myself but the reason for the new law is to help restrict the loophole in the current 421A. If you have Derek Jeter getting huge 421A tax breaks for living in Trump World Tower that's kind of lame if you think about it.

I believe the new 421a will cover a portion of sales as well as it does now.
