What's the over / under on when this entire building enters foreclosure? 6 months?

Anyone have any insight on what's going on with this building? They're kind of screwed bc they haven't sold a single apt.

They are not selling. The units are being grouped and packaged as completed or raw. 17MM buys the debt. Awaiting bank approval for end user financing, etc. Forclosure not likely
