Conversion, pre war or post war?

Discussion about
If a building is being converted from a warehouse or factory building into new condos, is it considered pre-war or post war?

The Pre-war, Post-war is simply an architectural reference. I would say that neither applies in this instance and the place would be referred to as a converted warehouse or factory as the case may be.

In this case, prewar/postwar refers to when the building was first erected.
