haha - i used to rent in a really nice rental build . The year they bought the building. i moved out as soon as my lease expired. I never understood why they did these 'transformations' to the building (chanegd the name, wallpapers and lights, sticking the new building name on display on the health club windows or and all kind of weird ideas) and I was not a big fan of their management style... The only good thing was they kept all the doormen, at least for the time I stayed there... all in all, i would concur with you @1...
