NY Mag. showed G. Beene's duplex apartment for $1.7 and finally sold for under a million. Proof once again the tide is turning..finally!!

yeah and 50 cent just rapped his way into 100 million bucks on vitamin water...

His new song straight to the bank was well timed.

I saw that article & the space was wonderful but a lot of people would see that place & say, "Ewww, so 70s" & decide they had to redo everything. Also, the place was small & there was just the one bedroom upstairs (maybe a powder down). 1.7 may have been a little optimistic.
