Discussion about
I was there today to visit a friend. Amazing view of hells kitchen, assuming Moinian (sp?) doesn't get the $ to build Atelier 2. Question is: where are the rentals on this site?

I have some friends who have lived there a few months. They don't like it at all.
Their complaints were as follows:
It's really far from everything.
Much of the building amenities are not finished
Building is too concerned about appearance rather than making tenants happy.

That is all.

Where is Silver Towers? Take any mass transit to Times Square. Walk in the direction of the Hudson River for ten minutes. Walk another ten minutes. You're almost there! How do you like in the urban boonies?

Their website says shiti habitats has the exclusive, so shouldn't they show up?

We have visited there twice this winter. The western part of 42nd is so windy and cold its ridiculous. I honestly thought I might get frostbite on my face - it only takes 20 minutes. I bet it is nice and breezy in the summer.

I think it's funny that adults would complain that it's too far from everything AFTER signing a lease.

A lot of rentals don't show up with addresses b/c they are not exclusives. So they may be advertised but without the address.

positivecarry, some of the big buildings don't list much, if anything. but they do frequently advertise.

i think they rented 25% by the end of last summer? but that's off the top of my head. i could be wrong. but you've certainly never seen, nor will you ever see, hundreds of listings from a new rental building in a database such as se's. the inventory is there, but it isn't freely seen.
