In addition to being posted on craigsist.com, nytimes.com and other sites, when you list your apartment with me, it is posted on the following within an hour:

zillow.com
nypost.com
trulia.com
streeteasy.com
maps.google.com
frontdoor.com
olr.com
cyberhomes.com
wsj.com
nymag.com
homefinder.com
realestate.yahoo.com
propertyshark.com

Some of the above do not allow FSBO’s to post but some do.

Also, I have known FSBO's to post on owners.com but I cannot say whether it will bring any buyers.

If your apartment is a condo, you may want to try to do some international marketing on foreign sites as well.

Finally, if you or someone you know has access to a Bloomberg Terminal, I highly recommend posting there.

Best of luck!

If you have any other questions about marketing your home, feel free to call me.
