Family apartments w/ 2 kids

In various threads I have heard people quote prices for classic six and true three bed rentals. Has anyone seen anything recently that accommodates the two kids (on in an 'office' if need be) and preferably in an attractive PS district.

Sorry I meant to say rental.... And also not much higher than $6k a month.

I only found two so far in the PS6 and PS290 districts, and neither are perfect. But neither look that awful either.

I need to check out the 59 E 79 one. The other looks like more of a share than a fam apartment. Thanks.

On the west side. I'm not as sure about the ever-changing school zones on the UWS, but these seem like possible decent places.
