Discussion about
I found an old listing that peaked my interest. Specifically, it was for a sponsor unit that was listed in 2005 but was delisted in 2007 without any indication of a sale, etc. I also couldn't find any indication that the unit was broken up into smaller units or anything like that. Can anyone thing of a reason why the sponsor would have just pulled the listing and just let the unit sit there like that? Is it worth doing some detective work to see if the unit is still unoccupied? Thanks!
well, if it "piqued" your interest, you might want to do the detective work.
Was the unit rented instead? You could just go to the building and ask the doorman if the unit is occupied and if not, for the number of the sponsor or listing agent.
ph41, correcting someone's English will get you more scorn from aboutready
Good point, ph41. Sorry, I just returned from a ski trip:).
well, it is kind of bitchy. this need to one-up people in terms of spelling on an anonymous board. it's kind of ocd'ish to review every word you've written on an anonymous board, don't you think?
actually, this need to one-up in general.
I'm with you aboutready.
Interesting that skdo23 didn't mind a slight correction, but AR got so offended by my comment.
A slight spelling correction is certainly not evidence of trying to "one-up people" except in your own slightly warped view of any comment I make.
well, irregardless, this peaked some interest, can we get back to the topic?
mimi?
The shadow knows!
No need for spelling police. Sometimes I don't have much time, so I may make an error. But, if you are paying me to write something -- NEVER!!!
I mean like a press release, bio or other P.R. writing.
Lobster: The doormen are told by the Condo Board and managing agent; not to give out that info.
skdo hasn't had the joy of long-term interaction with you.
With me? I've only been posting here since last month.
Truth, they can't give out the name of the sponsor or listing agent and their phone number?
Not the sharpest or the brightest ............
If you were a nice-looking young guy, I'd be flattered by your unusual interest in my postings. But instead it seems unnecessary.
