It's listed at $569,000 (In Contract) for 850 square feet. How you seen this apartment? I took a look at the floor plan.

Also it was purchased in March 2007 for $482,500.

nice open floor plan... nice renovations that must have cost at least 100k.
lots of people hate the block because of the location- it looks over the tunnel and 36 is the feeder to the tunnel.

They must be selling at a loss, but happy to get out. The place has been on the market for almost two years, and you can see they have a child.
9o, without any renovations sold for 400k in may 09.

I don't hate the block, but it's very quiet to walk there in the late evening. I walk through that area often since I usually walk to the east side when I return from taking the LIRR to visit family in Long Island. I always thought that the brownstones must be wonderful inside. I think alot of doctors live on those blocks (or so I've heard) because of the proximity to NYU Hospital.

i don't hate it but plenty of people do. you should see the outrage when 9 o was selling.
any thoughts on the price?
