Acris question

Hi, I was wondering if someone who knows about acris could help. I was looking into a building and I saw some mortgage info but no sales price. Does anyone know whats going on with that. The building in question is 29 w 138 st.

Looks as if the NYC Housing Development Corp. sold the co-op the building. Maybe the apartment sales are exempt from NYS RETT or something, so nothing to be recorded.
