Anyone Know of a Good HVAC Contractor?

I need to replace a through wall AC unit in a prewar bldg. The existing unit is a strange size (rather small) The coop won't allow me to expand the opening to the exterior so the project could be a little challenging. Does anyone know of a good HVAC contactor?

pc - you might want to ask the superintendent in the building if anyone else has replaced a unit, and if so, which contractor they used. If someone has done work in the building before, it becomes somewhat easier to have the coop approve your work.
