Digs, loving it! Great post to go along with the chart, glad to see you making progress. How are you planning to monetize this investment? Are there businesses willing to pay for more granular data? Is this going to become a Miller Samuel type model?

really not sure...id love to just give it all away for free because I believe in transparency and empowering everyone with data and good information, but after 9 months or so, this project turned out to be way more expensive, time consuming, and complex then I first imagined. So I definitely need to find a way to meet people halfway here and get some revenue. We have ideas, but just focused on finishing the project now.

Noah, if you adopt the streeteasy model ($10/mon for premium content) then I am sure you will get plenty of buyers.

Thanks technologic!! Pirot, thanks too. Yes we are considering that but I would like to break it out what premium content for that fee means. Based on the model and platform we are designing, its very clear but I dont want to get into it now..you'll see soon enough

Thanks
