Financing for the Hermitage

Has anybody heard about difficulties obtaining a mortgage for a condo purchase at the Hermitage? I have heard that banks won't give mortgages to purchase in the building because there are too many rent stabilized tenants still in place.

Uh, you might have better luck with the Hermitage in Russia. Although they have too many art masterpieces still in place...
