I saw 16C and 16D a few weeks ago. I think that 16D is now off the market. The L/R, D/R and kitchen space in 16C are really nice with good light. Did you find the bedrooms a little small?

a little but the renovation / interiors were just beyond beautiful in this apt

peanut, what kind of renovations did they do in 10c? Have you seen either 4c or 16c? I saw 4c as well and 16c has much better light and was in much better condition. The L/R and D/R in 4c were very dark and the windows were blovked by large a/c units. Are you familiar with the neighborhood near the building?
