Really? Fortress has a track record of making residential condos owners flush? Yes, hiring a first rate management company is a good move, but isn't it a move to squelch unrest so they can sell to a developer? Have they given firm indication of when the amentites --like the gym-- will be finished and to what specific standards? Do they have a track record of meeting deadlines? I think Fortress will do what is necessary to sell this building for a profit. They will not give a fig about individual owners. This is a lifestyle as well as a financial risk.
