How much rent for an UES prewar 7 (3 bd/2ba)?

We will be in the market soon for a family sized apt as our lease is going to end. I would prefer a classic 7 as opposed to a modern layout because we need the extra space. The market has changed since we entered our current lease almost 3 years ago. What would you be willing to pay for a west of 3rd location, reasonably renovated classic 7 rental?

max $4 per real sq foot with good light, mid to high floor and doorman.
