Has anyone seen this apartment. Besides the tenant, what are the other issues.

That listing is truly one for the ages.

"This apartment will need a gut renovation as it has not been updated in 70 years. A rent-controlled tenant is in place. On the plus side, how often do you find a West Village three bedroom home with sunny, panaromic views for an affordable price?"

I just got a stitch in my side from laughing.

What good are the views if you never see them for 20 -30 years, while the tenant stays in place.
