I am thinking to move to USW or Harlem and was wondering if anyone has reccomendations for having a paid vs purchased parking spot? How much is a spot worth in the uws or harlem? Thanks

Where in Harlem? There are places in Harlem where it's easy to park on the street.

I want to be able to come home consistently and have a space avilable without any issue. Was looking below 125th street - around 100th-115th and Fred Douglass. Any thoughts?
