I went to visit the tempo, and they told me they were just approved.
it's on 23rd and 2nd ave
samw - you should check out the hud website. That will show you all the FHA pproved condos in NY. Some buildings may be FHA pending and not actually approved. There are 2 types of FHA approvals now, HRAP and DELRAP. The HRAP FHA approval allows as low as a 30% pre-sale. sunny.hong@bankofamerica.com
Arent most of the units out of the FHA loan limits of 729,750?
correct, what i am looking at are under 700k. i will take a look at tempo, thanks nycbecky.
