Looking into purchasing a building in Manhattan which has an SRO status. Seller says that an approved certificate of non harrasment is in place and the property will be delivered vacant. Anyone have insight into this process? Does the approved certificate transfer with the deed? Looking to convert to market rate apts. and eventually owner occupancy.
Yes it does transfer. Your biggest obstacle will be getting financing for it though...
