Looked at an apt. in Newswalk that we liked, but concerned about the long-term costs of the facade work, other repairs and the lawsuit against the developer. Can anyone bring me up-to-date on it? Many thanks.

The Newswalk building is directly beside the massive railyard project that is set to be built. Once construction starts (it's been put off many, many times, but is expected to begin soon), be prepared for years and years of construction outside of your window. Also, with the Nets moving in sometime in the next two years, be prepared for gridlock traffic and annoying fans.
