Discussion about
I'm looking for a place on the Upper West Side/Midtown West area. Can anyone recommend a no fee broker? Can anyone recommend a management company that would have studios priced $1,250-$1,450?

In my travels as an agent, I have seen only 2 buildings (with the owner paying the broker fee)in these neighborhoods at this price point and the apts measure anywhere from 150 to 250 square feet. Can anyone on SE do better?

nope...that is a woefully low price point in either neighborhood. a coop with it's associated fee's attached to it might work. or there is always queens.....

also try keyah. they handle all of sackman's no-fee rentals. they have one in hell's kitchen right now for less than $1500. brodsky actually has a tiny studio in a doorman building in an uws location for $1500.
