FiServ is a great company. It knows more about banking software than banks, which is how it earns its money. But I'm afraid it doesn't know much about forecasting home prices, which is not to say FiServ is prone to error, rather that NOBODY knows much about forecasting home prices. So don't put much credence in "oracles" from FiServ, which gets its predictions from black boxes. (I would say FiServ is a terrific nifty company better than sliced bread, but not until it decides to stop buying other companies, burp, and start declaring dividends for long-term loyal shareholders.)
