Listings suddenly appearing as "unavailable"

Anyone know why there are "streeteasy updates" that show as "new activity" properties suddenly "listed" as "unavailable"? Today I got an update for 252 Seventh Avenue showing 16E, 12R and PHZ as "unavailable". When you cllck through to the listing details it actually says, for 16E, "02/26/2010 Listed in StreetEasy, already sold, by City Connections Realty at $1,960,000." The "sale" referred to apparently happened almost 3 years ago. Same with PHZ. The common thread for all 3 is City Connections Realty, so if anyone from CCR is reading this please explain!

sounds like someone at SE, or less likely CCR, is cleaning house. interesting, will affect inventory numbers downward if done on wide scale. numbers will be more accurate of course, which is good. but may be confusing in the short term.
