motivated seller, accepting all offers . . . If these types are phrases are in a co-op listing, how much do you think the seller will accept off the list? I know it's going to depend on the apartment. I'm just looking for ballpark figures. For what it's worth, the listing is a new one. The listing price is the same as a few comps in the area that haven't sold for half a year.
