Discussion about 50 West 15th Street #5D
So I've been off of here for months but thought I had to share this one. Anyone seen this listing? My real estate agent called yesterday and asked whether I was interested in seeing it. Nice apartment, lots of upgrades that no one will pay for but how about that price increase? Sold for $1.65 last year and now listed for $2.35. Craziness.

so..your agent calls you when properties are listed 30% over a recent sale?...you've got him/her looking out for these opportunities?

We didnt see it. I'm not really looking to buy unless its a crazy deal. Her take is to see the place and then watch them fall with the market. No matter what, its still crazy.
