Discussion about 101 Warren Street in Tribeca

What will happen here now that the landlord Sheldrake is being evicted from its condo development at Riverhouse, by all people, Lehman Brothers? The building super was also removed and replaced and moved out this weekend.

So what do you do in that situation? Stop rent payments to protect yourself? What about the security deposit?

Answering my own question is they are selling 89 Murray.
Plus a Google search for Sheldrake shows they are having some difficulties in a couple other parts of New York State.

Any opinions of this building/apts? Which school zone is it in? Apts look a little small (3 bedroom)?
