Studio/1BR rentals in Chelsea. NEED SOME HELP

I am a college student looking for a studio/1BR for myself. My budge is around $3000. This is my first time getting an apartment so everything is really confusing to me. I was thinking about a no-fee rentals, and looking for a luxurious one. I have been to 133 W 22ND, and that is type of quality that I am looking for. I think that I won't be able to get a one bedroom at $3000 with that quality. So I am most likely getting an ALCOVE studio. Can anyone please recommend an apartment? I would like to live on the line of 6th AVE around the mid 20's-ish. I would really appreciate some help.
