Discussion about
I've come accross a number of higher end condo developments that have recently been completed and that, not surprisingly given the market, are renting a portion of their inventory. Often this seems to go on rather quietly, with ads not showing up on rental listing services such as streeteasy. I'm looking for a pretty decent two bedroom (equivalent purchase price of around $2 mil) but considering these rent options since I figure the market will be flat for at least another two years. Any ideas as to what developments are offering these types of rentals?

We are offering a rent-to-own program at Oro. A portion of your rent is applied to the closing costs should you choose to execute the purchase agreement before the lease term expires.

I've never been inside this building, but I pass it every day and think how amazing the views must be....It looks like there are two 2-br's for rent. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/building/111-central-park-north-new_york

Thanks, but I'm looking more at Downtown Manhattan rather than Brooklyn and Harlem.
