Discussion about 729 West 186th Street in Hudson Heights
Owners are NOT responsive to needs of tenants. See 311 violations and problems recorded. Elevators in building are CONSTANTLY out of service and nothing gets done to resolve the issue. Owner comes to building in limousine to pass out rent checks but is an absentee landlord who does little to enhance, clean or repair building.

He pays tenants to live there and yet you complain?
