it looks like someone bought it from him in August 2008 for 6,700,000.

The video was quite good. Broker-speak was kept to a minimum, "top of the world" was said a few too many times, but it gave a very strong sense of the complicated space--more than just pictures could. I think the top two levels would be my his and his offices (not much room for more than a desk and side chair and shelves, but the place sure has a "wow" factor. Better just pray you never, never, never sprain your ankle with all those stairs or develop vertigo.

Moby bought it in 8/05 for 4.5mm. Sold in 8/08 for 6.7mm. 49% gain in three short years. Sold at teh top. Moby knows RE.
