Now here is a property run by slumlords. They are absent from the building, just around to pass out rent invoices and then leave. The building is poorly maintained. The building is DIRTY. Complaints are ever increasing (see 311 pages for proof.) At this writing, the elevator is not working. It's been over a week and the landlord will do nothing. All you get is, "it is the motor," "it will be fixed tomorrow." And then, it isn't. Elderly are trapped on upper floors and no one cares. Landlord does not answer phone. Does not return calls. Building Supt is worthless. Says, "call the landlord." Someone needs to file a civil complaint in court. Don't rent here. BIG MISTAKE.
