Discussion about 254 Park Avenue South #5HJ
listed 07/09 for $1.63mm. just closed for $1.1mm. building has 123 units, it looks as though 14 have closed over the past few months since closings started. began sales in 03/08. no abatement if i recall correctly.

If they had knocked another 200K off the price it would have been almost worth it. Not a bad layout for a person who really uses the office as an office and not a 2nd bed. If someone does use the office as a bedroom, don't let them have a drink 2 hours before bedtime, looks like a long a complex slog to the bathroom.

Great location though. Right across from Wildwood, I'd look look a stuffed pig in a month.
