I've seen this place a while ago, and it's much worse than in the photos. The bathrooms next to each other, like a public space, and all walls are unusually thin. Actually, the sound comes from above, from beneath, the strangest thing. As for he brokers... I' ve dealt with them once. They are like bad cop/good cop (she's the bad one), and it's not that they're lying but somehow just don't tell you the truth.
