Havent been inside but know the area. Pictures look very nice but the location is not optimal - on a busy intersection (Scuttle Hole/Millstone) with a farmers market practically across the street and a Mitchells lane roundabout within a few hunder feet. Traffic there gets very busy in summer. That would be my biggest concern.
If hasnt been on the market that long - this is a 2009 construction and I think it got listed in late summer 2009 at 1.985.

Thanks Boxer1. I live in NYC and have been to the Hamptons, but wasn't exactly sure where this particular house was. It seems to have been on the market for 7 months now. If it's that busy of an area, it's probably noisy and not worth an almost $2 million price tag in my view. Is anyone else familiar with that area?

Terrible location - will have unbearable street noise. The house lacks curb appeal driving by. It sits very close to the road. The appearance is that of a multi-family duplex it is so boxy. You could do much better for $2M.

Hey, sunclaus is getting bullish on us - suggests only a 30% discount to the offering price - it really must be a time to buy :)
NeedAdvice - drove by the house this past weekend and the way it was built is even worse than expected - virtually no distance between that busy intersection and the back of the house. Way too close to the road. I'd look elsewhere - would rather compromise on a house that on land...
