I did the Coogan's Salsa race around Wash. Hts. Very pretty route up Ft Washington Ave to the Cloisters and back. The bldgs up there are all pre-prewar with a couple of Art Decos thrown in. For the most part, you have architectural uniformity up Ft. Washington Avenue. Lowrise, 6-8 stories, you get a big view of the sky up there. Is it mostly rentals up there?
