That's a RENOVATED kitchen. I'd kind of hate to see what it looked like before

yes sometimes renovated is ikea but sometimes fotos dont do it justice......just wondering if an apt is 12 floors lower and the higher fl apt sold recently for 500k....shouldnt this be priced aat 400k?

anyone know how much less per floor this apt should seel at vs 16G...both in renovated condition
