14F went for $2,690,000. What's interesting is that 14A, same size but different layout and south-facing, just sold for $2,000,000 more than that.

not that interesting when you consider that 14a faces the park and therefore has protected views for life. the f line faces the back and an interior courtyard. not so exciting.

$2.5 to $2.7 million

the F lines from probably the 12th floor and higher face north with views of the st. george hotel across the street and city views above it including empire state and chrysler building in some cases.
