Lowe rents because of 2 new UWS rentals complete

Just in time for when most landlords hoping for a better rebound, I know that the Corner (72nd) and Aire (66 or 67th) are going up in UWS and Lincon Center. When they offer 3 months free like Columbus Square, that will totally kill the other big better building landlords uptown like Related and Rose during the prime renewal months

The fuss about incentives (and discontinued incentives) puzzles me. I think what matters are effective rents, which still seem to be falling but are notoriously difficult to track.
