Discussion about
This is a hot building and seems to be weathering the storm of any real estate issues out there.. I suggest checking out this apartment immediately! Multiple offers are back in this building so get in quick.

40% price premium from 5B and multiple offers are coming in? Well done, I guess.

BTW where is the missing 100 square feet? Seems like the same floor plan as 5B, which was advertised at 1100sf. 5B also had a storage loft above the kitchen.

Well, if you already have multiple offers there is no point in pursuing at all, right? My guess is that time will show differently, but we'll see if/when it sells.

I recently sold my apartment in this building and was noting that multiple offers are back in this building. I do not know if and how many offers on this unit have come in. I just know it is similar to unit I just sold which had multiple offers. It's a great building and I recommend it to everyone. 24 Hour doorman, Best Roof Deck in the city, great management, etc...

Why plug the 2B listing then if you've moved away? Why suggest multiple bids when referencing 2B when you have no idea if that's the case? Who are you? Does the "Best Roof Deck" in the city have a swim up tiki bar? No? Then stop wasting my time.

hey Kevin: I noticed your sale and your simultaneous purchase of another loft. I'd love to get some background, if you are willing to share ... Sandy AT Manhattan Loft Guy DOT com

glamma - I don't know. Square feet are measured differently by everyone as you can read from the various threads on square footage.

spinnaker1 - I have not moved away. It's such a phenomenal building, I stayed and bought another unit. Roof Deck - Look at the photos from the other listings. The roof deck is gorgeous. Lots and lots of plants, self watering, beautiful decking and northern open views of Manhattan. Even has an area for kids to play.

As for maintenance costs. Maintenance, in my opinion, is high due to NYC building assessments being raised each year thus raising taxes, thus raising maintenance. Also - Full Time Doormen building, A Super and a Porter.

SMattingly - I sold my unit to buy another unit I wanted more than the one I had.

In the end it's a story of an enamored owner doubling down on a building and nabe he obviously loves.

It's actually ok to say that Kev, Your original post threw me. Guys like you and me need to stick together in this shark tank. Congrats.

If I recall correctly this building doesn't allow washer & dryers in the units. Big drawback imo.
