Anyone have any horror stories they want to share ? How about any management companies or boards blocking a sale ? Be careful on those 2nds - usually after 6 months they will go to collection. Then you have a collection agency to deal with.

i'm in one.... waiting for 3 months for 2 banks to decide if they're going to accept my offer on a house in Brooklyn. already had 2 coworkers attempting to by in NJ get their money back because banks never replied. not horror stories, but big waste of time stories.

Which banks were those ? and do you know who actually is the beneficiary - its on the lis pendens. Ive been in a few for over 6 months - its typical.
