Like the interior finishes but the layout blows - having to walk by the bedrooms to get to the elevator is awful for when you have company over with kids. And no bathrooms in the bedrooms is miserable. Maintenance is super high at $3K / month with no doorman. Like the location. Wouldn't pay more than $1.8mm for this.
