Um, no. Finishes look nice BUT it's on the second floor above a retail space so noise sucks, elevator is in the back of the floorplan so you have to walk past bedrooms when guests come over which sucks if you have kids, there are no bathrooms in the bedrooms which sucks (in particular if you have guests over), etc. The fourth floor sold for $2.25mm in Dec 09 so this thing should be priced at $1.75mm.
