I emailed the agent re the sold price at 15A at the MILAN, he emailed back said it was sold YEARS AGO. http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/499107-rental-300-e-55th-st-sutton-place-new-york The sold date on the web : 2/26/2010? Who inputed the info? Streeteasy or the agent?
