Had an atrocious experience with the lead brokers on this building. Put in an application, which they did not accept because of issues on credit score- completely understand the logic on the management's part. sounds like sour grapes from someone who doesn't meet spec financially.
also sounds like landlords standards are tightening back up. which makes sense, given the lower inventory totals, etc.

pay attention to my other posts and conversations here, they are returning. huge landlords pulling concessions and tightening standards is the start.

Def. sour grapes after how everything was handled. These brokers epitomized why people dislike brokers so much. I think it's wonderful that you feel that real estate in NYC is on the up- I suggest you go long with everything you have. Anyway, to all of you potential renters I repeat to avoid the brokers on this building as they are about lower class as you get. Good luck Jim with those investments!
