What do people think of this murray hill building....its on 37th and 3rd...right where the midtown traffic exits....the 1 bed tho is big and windows in every room with views of city and river(2 exposures) but you also see all the midtown traffic and when you exit the building you step right into oncoming traffic....but the apt is really nice...

East...its right where the midtown tunnel exits to 37th....its not really a block...you face the post office across the street....but ive seen apts in this building and the line you described has great views of east river but also all the traffic of midtown tunnel.....the apts have nice layouts....not sure if it would be hard to sell since many might question the location....but the apts are really nice....perhaps someone else can add their thoughts....
I am very familiar with this building. The building has a great staff and is extremely well maintained. Also, as mentioned above, the apartments are open and spacious. The Midtown Tunnel factor definitely needs to be considered.

Scorlee......the apts are spacious with great views of river .......the apt is on the 11th floor.....so noise prob not so bad but the entrance to the building is where all the traffic exits the tunnel...not very nice plus its not really a block......do you think resale would be difficult here?
I can add that i has a nice, well priced apartment on 36 btw 2nd and 3rd. The negative was always the block it was on. In crazy markets it will be easy in challenging markets VERY HARD and frustrating, no matter how well you price it the location always comes up.
thanks......i really like the apt and the views but dont want to deal with not being able to sell a manhattan apt due to location.....i guess my question is answered!
Scor/RE/Others...given location...and this market...what would you say this 1 bed is worth?
