There are more people from countries all over buying apartmnts now. I think that you should be listening to the smart ones on this webiste about buying an apartment now today, since tomorrow they will all be gone. Renting is for loosers, you know that already. In my example, I had was selling studio apartment on upper east side for $700000 and a bidding war with a couple from wall street (big bonuses!), a couple who are lawyers, and I think a jewish couple. And another guy who was short, and he had money from England. You all have no idea how hotthe market is. It is 20% above peak and you renters missed out as always. You talk a lot with yourselves but you need to listen to smart ones like juiceman and petrifizz and jimbones they know the answers and understand. They talk to each other and listen and are smart. They know when intrest rates will go up and that prices will go up then too. They know that prices in new york always go up never down. Petrizitz is smart man bought Las Vegas house in 2007 in midle of desert which now is worth 12 times more. Juicyman is smart man like petrozizz. Or you keep your head buried under the grass and miss again. [less]
Welcome back, Ivan! We missed you.
Is this a joke or a joke?
inonadya, maybe your can help. i am trying to get in touch with pteriztitz to possibly invest in Las Vegas. Do you know where I can find him? is he Albanian? I would like to hear his investment ideas. NYC 10013 are you a renter also, I think. Maybe start reading the newspaper!
It sounds like broker_borat to me. The apt comes with 2 very nice Albanian virginal girls.
I understand Ivan's economic theory - during the collapse of his home town the USSR, toilet paper prices spiked to 700,000 roubles.
LOL nyc10023!!
I think petrfitz is well above you, Ivan. I don't think he'd waste his time with you unless you became a big dog. Maybe you should post your net worth and your income, and if he see's you're a big dog, he'll respond.
Are you Albanian? Are Albanians running the Albanese Organization?
"Is this a joke or a joke?"
No joke, I really missed him.
Ivan number one broker in all Kazakhstan. Nice!!!
Buy now or Big trouble for moose and squirrel
broker ivan, you have convinced me. i have big bonuses too. Can you show me UES studio for $700000? It must be great if everyone in world want it. I want it too. How to set up appointment to see it?
lol
Borat. Thats funny looser. I'm as american as you I was born here. And you? I bet your a renter also.
You pretend you can afford a $7000000 studio, well its gone so as usual your too late.
Keep waiting renters for the prices to fall but it won't happen and then intrest rates will be higher. A couple from Albany looked at my studio and he said he had 20 million of cash. Maybe its petrifitz. he had a tan but his wife was gross. I think its him so I'll ask but a good client so I dont want to offend.
I see, an Albanese couple. You're clever, Ivan. I missed you lots.
Ha ha. I missed you too inonadya. Are you going to buy an apartment or stay in your basement rental? Maybe I can help you grow up be a man. My job is like to help people buy apartements, help them grow through life!
yes broker ivan, show us the great apartments at 2007/2008 prices in NYC or better yet, show us the Miami/Vegas condos at 2006 prices. we love to lose our shirt before we even put in on.....
No, no, you got it all wrong Ivan. I'm renting the penthouse and the basement comes for free. Sometimes I let hfscomm1 use my basement to type away when his basement gets flooded, like today.
I don't want to be a man, puking to the porcelain god of negative carry. I like to hoard like a child. Maybe I buy a giant plexiglass piggy bank the size of your apartment, have it in the center of my living room like an atrocious piece of modern art. I'll go to the bank every day and ask rolls and rolls of pennies. I'll have my coin sorter set aside the old copper ones that are made of pennies. Those, I'll melt down and sell as scrap for three cents each to pay my rent. The rest, I'll use to fill up the giant piggy bank. Then, I'll call you to come see my giant piggy bank. Then, I'll ask you "How it feels 'be a man', little Albanese broker?" Will you come visit me?
Inonada: you heard about the guy who did this?
Broker_ivan: I don't watch enough Borat to come up with good lines, but you're doing a great job. I like short
man and the use of the word "and" - not a short guy BUT he was from England, not he was a short English guy or he was English but short.
wall street couples with "big bonuses" are known to love UES studios. so do couples who are lawyers. all are just itching to buy studio apartment you had was selling on upper east side for $700000.
this is frickin' hilarious. inonada, big of you to allow access to your basement. below and beyond, and all that.
Nope, what's the story? Did Ivan visit him?

See, it pays to be faux-cultured and to read the New Yorker.
I knew that coin melting was made illegal, didn't know it was in response to some guy actually doing it in mass. Regardless, I thought you meant someone had done the giant piggy bank thing...
Ino: You just know that Damien Hirst is going to steal your piggy idea and sell it to Steven A. Cohen for mega millions. And if so, it will finally be Hirst work that has genuine ROI. But we at SE will know that you are the original artiste. ino. weallno.
I thought the market was up 50%. Shouldn't have paid $3mil for that UES 1 bedroom...
Yes, you know things have changed when the brokers start saying "buy".
